“Omg, I’ve gained so much weight” you are saying this to yourself,every time you walk by a mirror in your house. How can I lose some of this weight effortlessly???
Here are 3 famous rule of my weight loss journey. Trust me you wont regret it.
1.Don’t mix different food nutrients in one day. The most important nutrients for our body to work properly are proteins, carbs, potassium and fats. Don’t ever, I mean never mix food with different nutrients in one day. For instance, don’t mix protein food like meat with potassium like potatoes. This combination is delicious but weights gaining. When you eat carbs like pasta or something sweet, don’t mix it with cheese and don’t eat a big amount of chocolate. Try it. I guarantee you will have results after 8 days.
2.Organize your meals. Always make your breakfast before 10 AM. After 10 AM you body is producing insulin and every food digested after 10 AM is left of burning inside your body. Make sure you breakfast, lunch and dinner are 5 hours distanced. If your breakfast is in 9.00 AM, your lunch should be at 02.00 PM, and your dinner at 07. 00 PM. Drink you coffee half hour after breakfast and lunch, but avoid in between because your body will recognize the coffee as another meal.
3.Exercise. I know, I know I sad Effortlessly, but just think about for a moment. Home in quarantine, you are filling worried and bored at the same time. Your body shape starting to surprise you in a very negative way. Self confidence is down, your mood also.
